Jillian Yanes is the founder of The Law Office of Jillian Yanes, P.A. Ms. Yanes was born in Miami, Florida to Cuban immigrant parents and is fluent in Spanish. Since her admission to practice law in the State of Florida, she has dedicated her practice to serving her local immigrant community in both Criminal Defense and Immigration matters. Ms. Yanes handles representation before the Immigration Court and various matters before USCIS, including Naturalization, Adjustment of Status [Green Card], Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, Asylum, Family-Based Petitions, and more. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association [AILA], The Hispanic National Bar Association, The Golden Gate Civic Association, The American Bar Association, and the Florida Bar.
